  • What does “Cash on Delivery” mean?

    Cash on Delivery is a type of payment method where the customer makes a payment for the order at the time of delivery rather than in advance. If the buyer is not making payment at the time of delivery, the product returns to the seller without further obligations from the customer.

  • How do I get the purchased products? Who provides the courier services?

    You will get the Purchased products within 4-5 days. shopywise will provide courier services.

  • Who pays for the courier?

    While placing the order customer has to select the Courier services from the available services, according to that charges will get applied.

  • When do I need to pay for the courier?

    1. Prepaid-  In case of Prepaid order, after placing the order buyer has to pay for the courier along with the product total.

        2. Cash-On-Delivery- In case of a Postpaid order, after getting the delivery from the courier, the buyer has to pay the courier charges to the delivery person.

  • How long does it take for the courier to deliver products?

    1. Domestic: 3-5 days

    2. International:  Air 4-6 days, Ship 3- 4 weeks

  • Where can I see the orders I have placed?

    Go to your shopywise Account, In the order section, you will see all your orders.

  • Can I track my delivery? How do I track the progress in order processing?

    Shopywise will send you an email with the tracking number for your order. You can track your delivery with this tracking number.

  • Can I choose my own courier service?

    Yes, While placing the order you can select any shipping method from available options.

  • Will all the products in order be shipped out together?

    If the order contains the products of different sellers then products will get shipped at different timings.

  • What should I do if I miss my delivery?

    You can try for 3 attempts after the 3rd attempt order gets canceled.

  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

    No. Because the order is already placed and the seller gets notified for the same.

  • I am unable to add products to the cart. Does it say MOQ / Minimum Quantity not met? What is MOQ / Minimum Quantity?

    A minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the lowest set amount of stock that a supplier is willing to sell. You have to purchase the MOQ of a specific product set by the seller.

  • I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with Shopywise. How do I get it? 

    Please request shopywise to get a copy of your invoice. You will receive it over mail.

  • Can I cancel my order? What are the steps to be followed to cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order which is not delivered. For that, you need to generate RMA (Return merchandise authorization)

  • If I have paid shipping charges and return the order, will I be refunded the shipping charges?

    If you receive the wrong, damaged products your shipping charges will be refunded.

  •  Are there specific conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected?

    Anything after 5 days will be rejected.

  • Do I have to return the whole order? When is the refund for my return provided?

    No, you can make a Partial refund also. The refund will be credited in your account within 5-8 business working days.

  • In COD why the shipping charges are high compared to prepaid?

    COD service is available in a very limited area. 

    The buyer refuses to accept the order when it is brought to their doorstep.

  • When can I start selling?

    After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, Seller can start listing their products and start selling.

  • How do I price my products?

    Sellers need to price their product with Product base price plus 8% commission for clothing and 10 % commission for food categories.

  • Will I get charged for listing products on Shopywise(Any subscription plans)?

    3 months of trial offered on shopywise for every new seller. After that shopywise offer different subscription plans, Seller can choose any subscription plan according to your needs.

  • What is the Commission fee and how much commission is charged?

    8% commission for Clothing Categories.

    10 % commission for Food Categories.

  • Can I offer both products and services on shopywise?

  • How do I manage my orders on shopywise?

    Through our seller dashboard, we make it really easy for you to manage your orders. Whenever a customer places an order, we send you an email alert and also You can check your order in the Supplier’s Orders section of your seller dashboard. 

        You need to pack the order and keep it ready for dispatch within the time frame provided by you and inform our shopywise support team. 

        This will alert our logistics partner to pick up the product from you.

  • Who takes care of the delivery of my products?

    Shopywise will take care of your products including tracking your products. 

  • What protection does a shopywise offer in case of lost/damaged goods and fraudulent customer claims?

  • Does Shopywise provide packaging material?

    We have a strong network of best packaging material providers in the industry. We can connect you with them to get good quality packaging material which impresses the customers and ensures your products remain undamaged. 

  • Would I get compensation if the customer has replaced the original product with a different item?

    Yes, you can raise a claim to the shopywise support team. Depending on the case and category, you will be given a refund provided you have adequate proof that you shipped the right product. This will help us close the dispute in your favor.
